자음의 특성
- г는 모음 사이에서 마찰음으로 발음된다.

- 하류 방언. 모음 사이 파열음 к는 마찰음 х로 발음된다.
- 위 두 변이음은 모음 а, о, ē 와 만날 때 uvular 속성을 띤다.

자음군
- 어두와 어말에서는 단일자음만, 어중에서는 자음군이 올 수 있다.
- 접미사는 두 개의 자음군으로 시작되는 것이 많다.
